We work hard to keep our prices, model numbers and descriptions up-to-date on the portal; however, some information on the website might be outdated. Please be advised that ToolOrbit.com will not be responsible for such incorrect and/or typographical mistakes in pricing, model number and/or descriptions on the site and reserves the right to make corrections without any notice. You will be informed about any change in the information before your order is processed; orders with incorrect prices will not be honored.

How to calculate Shipping

1. Add product(s) to your shopping cart
2. Go to the "Freight Shipping" section in your cart and enter the destination zip code
3. Click the “Calculate Shipping” button

Shipping Charges

ToolOrbit.com normally use FedEx to ship its products. Packages under 150lbs and that meet certain size requirements can be shipped via FedEx. It is important to choose Business or Residential delivery correctly. The customer will be held responsible for additional charges if chosen incorrectly. Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with ToolOrbit within 3 business days of delivery. Claims filed after that time may not be honored.

Shipping charges are calculated based on a combination of the products purchased, destination address and shipment methods, while taking into account any applicable promotional shipping offers.

Rates are calculated in real time with FedEx's computer systems, using actual weight of items, shipping distance and the published FedEx rates. In the event that errors or miscalculations may occur in shipping expenses, we reserve the right to correct such mistakes.

Regular Shipping Methods

FedEx Ground: Your product will be delivered in estimated 5 to 7 business days after the product leaves the warehouse. Our chosen provider is FedEx, but we may use UPS or United States Postal Service.

FedEx Express Saver: Your product will be delivered in 3 business days after the product leaves the warehouse.

Oversized Shipping

Items that are oversized, weighing over 150 pounds, or require special handling will ship separately from other items that you order and will incur an additional handling fee. We only cover shipping charges to destination addresses; however there may be extra charges for some residential deliveries or lift gate services. The charges will be billed separately and will not be covered by our company.

Drop Ship

To expedite shipping, sometimes it is necessary to ship products directly from the manufacturer to our customers. We will notify you if any of the ordered items are drop shipped. Unfortunately, we currently do not provide online tracking for drop shipped packages. The customer needs to call us if tracking is necessary. We do not adjust the shipping cost to customer's orders because of the change in shipping distance as a result of the drop shipping.

Order Tracking

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with your invoice number (if a valid email address was supplied). During transit of your package, you may enter that number into our Order Tracking section to check your order status.

You will receive more than one confirmation email if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments. Please save these email invoices for your records.

International Shipping / Custom, Duties and Taxes

Orders sent outside of the continental U.S. must be sent using either an expedited shipping option or an independent freight company. Any flat-rate shipping charge or free shipping offers are not applicable for these orders.

We do not add international tax, tariffs or duties to orders. It is solely your responsibility to pay these fees.

Sales Tax

California residents must add an additional 8.75% sales tax to their order. Freight is exempted from sales tax.
