Active Feedback-sensing Technology (AFT ) turns the motor off if the rotation speed suddenly slows or the wheel is forced to a stop. The large paddle switch allows for power start press points at multiple grip positions. The Angle Grinder features an electronic current limiter that helps protect the motor from overload in high torque applications, it also features quick guard rotation that allows easy tool-less adjustment for increased productivity, spiral bevel gears for smoother rotations, and a more efficient transfer of energy, as well as soft start which suppresses the grinders start-up reaction for smooth start-ups and longer gear life.
